新陆早53号棉花器官同伸关系及棉铃空间分布初步研究

摘    要:为了分析新陆早53 号棉花各器官发生规律及蕾铃空间分布情况,探明该品种的生育特点及规律,为该品种的大面积推广种植及科学制定配套栽培技术提供理论依据。设两个试验点,每点各选10 株棉花,调查整个生育期。新陆早53 号第1 果节蕾与同位主茎叶的同伸关系为n-2.6耀n+2(n 为主茎叶龄),第1 果节花与同位主茎叶的同伸关系为n-8.9耀n-5.7(n 为主茎叶龄);该品种总体结铃表现为中、下部成铃率高,上、中、下部结铃分别占整株收获铃数的17.50%、31.35%、43.12%;棉株第1 果节成铃率78.86%,结铃稳定,第2 果节结铃率为21.14%。因此,新陆早53 号中下部内围铃是棉铃主体,中下部外围铃和上部内围铃是实现超高产的潜力所在。

Preliminary study on organogenesis and cotton bollsspatial distribution of cotton cultivar Xinluzao 53
Abstract:We defined the growth and development characteristics and laws of cotton cultivar Xinluzao 53 throughstudying the organogenesis and bolls spatial distribution in cotton plant, to provide theoretical basis for the widespreadpromotion and forming a complete set of cultivation techniques. Two sites were set up and 10 strains of cotton plants wereinvestigated during the whole growth period under the field condition. The relation of together growth between the bud inthe first node and the leaf on the main stem was (n-2.6)-(n+2) in cultivar Xinluzao 53 (n was the leaf number on mainstem), the relation of together growth between the flower in the first node and the leaf on the main stem was(n-8.9)-(n-5.7).More bolls grew in the middle and lower part of the cotton plants, and the proportion of bolls number in the upper, middleand lower part was 17.50%, 31.35% and 43.12%, respectively. The proportion of bolls was 78.86% in the first node andwas 21.14% in the second node. The external bolls in the middle and lower part and internal bolls in the upper partcontributed to super high yield.
