4%乙烯利超低容量液剂对甘蔗调节生长和品质的影响

摘    要:2011要2012 年连续2 年使用4%乙烯利超低容量液剂处理甘蔗的田间试验表明,各浓度处理后期施用不影响甘蔗生长和产量,但能显著增加甘蔗的含糖量和改善甘蔗的品质。施用浓度以每667 m2喷施16~18 g为宜,在甘蔗收获前1~2 月对甘蔗茎叶喷雾1 次。

Allelopathic effects of stem and leaf extracts and its rhizospheresoil extracts of Chrysanthemum indicum L. on Atractylodesmacrocephala seed germination and Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.
Abstract:Based on growth rate method and Petri dishes filter paper method, extracts of stem and leaf fromChrysanthemum indicum L. and extracts of its rhizosphere soil were tested for their allelopathic effects on seed germinationand seeding growth of Atractylodis macrocephala Koidz. , and on the development of Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.. The myceliumgrowth was significantly restrained at the concentration of 0.5 g/mL of the aqueous extract of stem and leaf, at theconcentration of 0.125 g/mL of the ethanol extract of stem and leaf, and at the concentration of 0.25 g/mL of the aqueousextract and the concentration of 0.125 g/mL of the ethanol extract of its rhizosphere soil from Chrysanthemum indicum L,and the stimulative rates were enhanced with the increasing concentration. Seed germination and seedling growth wereinhibited at 0.5 g/mL of the aqueous extract of stem and leaf, while ethanol extract of stem and leaf showed less inhibitory.It suggested that allelochemicals in the ethanol extract of stem and leaf from C. indicum L. contributed the inhibitoryeffects on S. rolfsii, and couldn''t effectively deal with seed germination and seedling growth. The results provide a newexperimental basis that ethanol extract of stem and leaf from C. indicum L. will be used to develop a new botanicalfungicide to deal with soil-borne diseases in A. macrocephala.
