水稻盐分胁迫研究进展

摘    要:盐分胁迫是制约作物生长发育和产量品质的一个重要环境因素,水稻在谷类作物中对盐分胁迫响应最 为敏感,提高盐胁迫下水稻的产量是农业科技工作者研究的重要课题。根据国内外的有关研究成果,总结了盐分胁 迫对水稻的伤害机制,分析了盐分胁迫对水稻种子萌发和出苗、幼苗生长以及分蘖期和成熟期的影响,并在此基础 上,概括了水稻适应盐分胁迫和抗盐的主要机理,即渗透调节、清除活性氧的膜保护体系、拒盐机制和对离子的区域 化以及耐盐性的分子机理。最后列举了目前提高水稻抗盐性的常用措施,以期为进一步研究提供理论依据。

Research progress on salt-stress in rice
Abstract:Soil salinity is a major environmental factor limiting the growth, development, yield and quality of cereal crops. Rice is most sensitive to high salinity. Thus, improving rice yield under salt-stress is an important issue for national agricultural workers. This article summarized the damage mechanics of salt-stress in rice, and analyzed the effects of saltstress on seed germination, seedling growth, tillering period and fruiting period of rice. On this basis, it was also summed up the main mechanisms of adapting and fighting salt -stress, which included the osmotic regulation, the membrane protection of scavenging ROS, salt exclusion, ionic compartmentation and the molecular mechanism of salt tolerance. Finally, some common measures to enhance the rice tolerance on salt injury were listed, to provide theoretical basis for further research.
