山地橘园低功耗自动提水无线控制系统设计

摘    要:为提高无电力供应的小规模山地橘园水源供应管理效率,研制了一种基于无线通信的低功耗自动提水系统。该系统由主从控制器2个部分组成,主控制器控制直流隔膜泵向山顶蓄水池提水,从控制器用于检测山顶蓄水池的水位;两控制器之间通过无线通信模块CC1101进行通信。测试了主从控制器工作在各个阶段的电流,由此估算出主从控制器运行1d的耗电量分别为8576.3mA.h和2.2 mA.h,65 A.h的铅酸蓄电池在满荷电状态下可以为装置提供7d连续阴雨天气的续航能力。系统通信成功率为100%,最长通信时间为12s,95%的通信可在6s内完成,且蓄水池水位检测误差不超过0.8cm。

A low-power water supply automatic control device designed for mountain citrus orchard
Abstract:In order to increase water supply management efficiency for small size mountain citrus orchard without electric power supply, a solar -powered low -power water supply automatic control device was developed. The device consisted of two parts: a master controller and a slave controller. The master controller was mainly used to control the diaphragm pump to pump water into the reservoir built in the mountain top. The slave controller was mainly used to detect water level of the reservoir built at the top of mountain, and then in turn to provide decision basis for water supply automatic control. Interaction of data and control signals between master controller and slave controller had been taken through a pair of wireless communication module CC1101. It was estimated according to the current measured that the electricity consumption of running one day of the master controller and the slave controller was respectively 8 576.3 mA.h,2.2 mA.h. The success rate of wireless communication was 100% and 95% of the wireless communication could be finished within six seconds, the maximum error of the reservoir''s water level detection was 0.8 cm.
