水稻色素基因遗传分析

为了研究水稻色素基因的遗传规律以及与叶绿素合成相关基因的功能，用诱变育种的方法获得 R30 白 化、黄化致死突变体，然后通过其杂合体与 R527、泸恢 17 等正反交，分析 F 1 代出现分离的情况和 F 2 代的分离比例， 同时对杂合体后代的分离比例进行分析。 根据卡方测定的结果，确定了水稻的白化、黄化突变符合孟德尔的遗传定 律，都是由 1个隐性单基因控制的遗传。
