摘    要:从贵阳及周边地区采集试验样品100份,利用MRS培养基进行培养,分离出乳酸菌菌株。经过低pH耐性试验、耐碱性试验、形态特征鉴定、培养特征鉴定和生化特征鉴定,对分离的乳酸菌菌株进行筛选,从100份样品中共筛选出乳酸菌菌株39株。通过添加乳酸菌菌株的稻草青贮试验,对稻草青贮饲料的含水量、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗蛋白(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、pH值进行试验分析。结果表明,63号菌株能显著提高稻草青贮饲料的品质,是一种优质的乳酸菌添加剂。

A study on filtration of lactobacillus bacteria in rice straw silage
Abstract:Collected 100 test samples from Guiyang and the surrounding areas and using MRS culture medium to cultivate, then separated the bacterial strain of lactobacillus. After the test of low-pH tolerance, alkali resistance, and the identification of morphological, cultivated and biological characterization, we filtrated 39 samples from the 100 lactobacillusstrain samples. By means of the silage test on rice straw which was added lactobacillus strains into, the moisture content, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and pH of rice straw silage fodder were analyzed. The results showed that the 63 strain was a high-quality lactobacillus additive which was able to significantly improve the quality of rice straw silage fodder.
