近等基因系 Cry1Ac抗性和敏感小菜蛾中肠 蛋白酶的测量及部分生物学参数比较

比较了近等基因系 Cr y1Ac抗性（NI L-R）和敏感（DBM 1Ac-S）小菜蛾（Pl ut el l a xyl ost el l a）幼虫中肠蛋白酶 的活性、测量了 NI L-R 和 DBM 1Ac-S的卵宽、卵长和蛹重、并对其卵的孵化率、化蛹率、雌雄比等参数进行了统计。结 果表明、抗、敏种群中肠类胰凝乳蛋白酶的活力差异不显著、而敏感种群中肠的总蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶的活力显著高 于抗性品系。 这两个种群卵的大小和孵化率、蛹重和化蛹率、雌雄比在统计上没有显著性差异、说明就以上生物学参 数来看、NI L-R 对 Cr y1Ac的抗性并没有引起抗性的适合度代价。
