三种蜚蠊聚集信息素的初步研究

摘    要:德国小蠊Blatteia germanica(L.)、美洲大蠊Periplaneta ameri-cana(L.)和黑胸大蠊P.fulginosa(Serville)对各自粪便的提取物表现聚集行为。美洲大蠊对异种的提取物无聚集反应;黑胸大蠊初孵若虫对德国小蠊的提取物呈中度聚集;德国小蠊初孵若虫对美洲大蠊和黑胸犬蠊的提取物均表现明显的聚集行为。作者对上述现象的可能原因进行了讨论。

Abstract:The intraspecific effects of aggregation pheromone of three cockroa-ches, Blattela germanica (L.), Periplaneta americana (L.) and P. fulginosa(Serville), were studied with verticalassay.Three species of cockroach-es at different living stadge were responsive to their own fecal extrac-tion Althoug intraspecific aggregation tendencies were demonstrated inlst--instar nymphes of two species, Iastinstar nymphes and adults werenot responsive to the fecal extracts of other species. The posible reasonof this phenomenon was discussed in the paper.
