禽流感流行病学调查及病原分离鉴定初报

采用病毒分离鉴定和血清学鉴测等方法 ,对不同地区 5群自然发病鸡进行流行病学调查、临床症状观察和病理解剖学及组织学检查 ,同时采集病料感染鸡胚和传代。每代鸡胚尿囊液用血清学检测效价滴度。结果 :共分离出 5件病毒 ,其中 4株感染和盲传鸡胚均能致死鸡胚 ,传代后能引起鸡胚肾单层细胞病变 ,HA价在 1∶ 40以上 ,DN和 EDS-76(A3除外 ) H1试验均为阴性 ,AGP试验阳性 ,证明为 AIV;另 1株则为NDV。

First Report in Isolation and Indentification of Avian Influenza Virus and Epidemiological Investigations

One acute infection disease of poultry in Shaanxi was diagnosed in order to form ulate synthetic prevention and cure measures,the main clinical symptoms of the disease were respiratory tract infection and laying production decline syndrome for layer.Virus isolation and identification as same as serum determination were adopted in this study.Epidem-iology investigation,clinical symptoms observation,pathological anatomy and histology test for five groups of autopathic poultry in different area were conducted.At the same time,the poultry embryo were infected and passaged with pathological matevialcollected.The valence titer of allantoic fluid pergeneration poultery embryo were exam ined by serum measures.As a resu lt,five virus were isolated and four virus of them are a lethal for poultry embryo when infected and passaged blindly it with virus.Four virus can lead to single layer cell lession of poultry embryo after passage.The HA valence is abore 1:40.The results of No.EDS-76 (except A₃) and H₁ test all negative,but AGP test in positive.These results indicate that the four virus are AIV and the other is NDV.
