抗南方根结线虫和抗黄瓜花叶病毒南瓜材料的初步筛选

摘    要:采用田间自然感病与人工接种南方根结线虫试验的方法,对10个南瓜材料进行了抗南方根结线虫病和抗黄瓜花叶病毒病初步筛选。结果表明,1~8号材料对黄瓜花叶病毒病均高度敏感,田间表现为植株矮化、叶片黄化、主根短小、侧根少;9号材料常青藤和10号材料黑籽南瓜对黄瓜花叶病毒均具有抗性,且黑籽南瓜对黄瓜花叶病毒病的抗性达到高抗水平。对于抗南方根结线虫病材料的筛选表明,所有参试材料对南方根结线虫均高度敏感,病级指数均达到5。

Abstract:The resistance of ten pumpkin varieties to Cucumber Mosaic Virus(CMV) and Meloidogyne incognita were studied in field by natural infection and artificial inoculation respectively.The materials No.1 to 8 were high sensitive to CMV and showed as dwarfed plant,yellow leaves,short and small taproot,few lateral roots.The No.9(Changqingteng) and No.10(Cucurbita ficifolia) showed CMV resistant.And the Cucurbita ficifolia had strong CMV resistance which reached the high level.But all the pumpkin varieties were high sensitve to Meloidogyne incognita,and their disease indicies reached the 5th grade.
