小麦茎顶端原基发育模拟模型的研究

摘    要:本文系统地模拟了小麦植株茎顶端不同类型原基的发育过程,建立了叶原基分化、小穗原基分化和小花原基分化、退化、败育、受精结实及籽粒生长的子模型。模型引入每小穗分化的最大小花原基数、退化的最大小花原基数和籽粒潜在重量3个遗传参数,分别反映了不同小麦品种小花分化、退化和籽粒生长等方面的遗传差异。利用南京地区

Abstract:The development processes of different shoot apex primordia in wheat plant were simulated systematically and comprehensively, including leaf primordium initiation, spikelet primordium initiation, and floret primordium initiation, degeneration, infertility, fertilization and kernel growth. Three genetic coefficients, including initiated maximum floret primordium number per spikelet, degenerated maximum floret primordium number per spikelet and potential kernal weight, were used to quantify the genetic differences in floret initiation, degeneration and kernel growth for different wheat varieties. Testing the model with the two sets of field experiment data in Nanjing gave good performance in predicting numbers of leaf primordium and spikelet primordium, and floret primordium initiation, degeneration, infertility and fertilization and kernel weight, with the RMSE less than two in all preditions. The results indicate that the model is of good prediction as well as explanation for development of different types of primordia on shoot apex of wheat plant.
