浅谈溆浦县退耕还林后续工程的问题及对策

退耕还林工程在溆浦县的全面实施,促进了农业农村产业结构的调整,增加了农民收入,取得了良好的生态、经济和社会效益。但在退耕还林后续建设过程中也出现了一些问题,如工程管理、后续产业规划发展等。本文提出了完善我县退耕还林工程后续建设的一些建议,以期为我县退耕还林后续工程建设提供参考。

Discussion on problems and countermeasures of the follow-up project of returning farmland to forest in Xupu County

With the consequences of the conversion of cropland to forest project, rural industrial structure of agriculture has been ad- justed, farmers＇ income has increased, farmers＇ living standard has improved. We＇ ve got good ecological, economic and social ben- efits. But there are some problems appeared in the follow-up construction process, such as ： engineering management, follow-up industry development planning. This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions of follow-up construction of returning farmland to forest pro- ject. It plays a certain reference role in tbe construction of returning farmland to forest project.
