杜茎山扦插繁殖与栽培技术研究

摘    要:采用不同扦插基质、不同扦插时间对杜茎山进行扦插繁殖试验,并在不同郁闭度环境下对杜茎山进行栽培试验,结果显示:以100%黄土做扦插基质,其扦插成活率最高,平均成活率达95%;50%营养土+50%黄土次之,其平均成活率为85%;50%细沙+50%营养土最差,其平均成活率仅为70%。扦插时间以10月扦插成活率较高,达94.5%;6月扦插成活率较低,为85%。杜茎山在郁闭度0.6~0.7的林下平均高88cm,平均地径0.423cm,生长较好;在郁闭度0.9的林下平均高仅22.5cm,平均地径仅0.33cm。

Abstract:Using different cutting basic medium and different cutting times, the cutting propagation of Maesa japonica was tested, and the cultivated test of Maesa japonica was done in different forest crown closure. The resuhs showed that, the average survival rate of Maesa japonica was 95% using 100% loess basic medium, but the average survival rate of Maesa japonica was 85% using 50% loess + 50% fertility soil, and the average survival rate of Maesa japonica was 70% using 50% fertility soil + 50% tiny sand. The average surival rate of Maesa japonica was 94.5% when cutting in October, while the average survival rate was 85% when cutting in June. The average height and ground diameter of Maesa japonica were 88 cm and 0. 423 cm respectively, and grew well in 0. 6 - 0. 7 forest crown closure, but tire average height and ground diameter of Maesa japonica were only 22.5 cm and 0. 33 cm respectively in 0. 9 forest crown closure.
