石漠化区枫香抗逆性研究

摘    要:于不同程度石漠化区的枫香人工林中采集其不同部位的叶片为试材,对石漠化区枫香的抗逆性进行研究。结果表明:枫香上部叶片的SOD含量随着石漠化程度的加深呈逐渐增长的趋势,下部叶片SOD含量则随着石漠化程度的加深呈先降低后升高的变化趋势;下部叶片脯氨酸含量随着石漠化程度的加深呈逐渐增长的趋势,而上部叶片脯氨酸含量随着石漠化程度的加深呈先降低后升高的增长趋势;上部叶片的MDA含量随着石漠化程度的加深呈先降低后升高再降低的趋势,下部叶片的含量则随着石漠化程度的加深呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。枫香叶片脯氨酸含量与MDA含量呈显极著负相关,与SOD含量呈极显著正相关。

Abstract:Collected the different parts of leaf as the test materials in Liquidambarformosana artificial forest on different degree of rock- y desertification area, the stress resistance of Liquidambarformosaua on the rocky desertification area was studied. The results showed that, SOD content of tire upper leaves deepened the growing trend with deepening of rocky desertification degree, and SOD content of tire lower lcavcs along with deepening of rocky desertification degree decreased first and increased later. Proline content of the lower leaves increased as the degree of rocky desertifieation was growing, and proline content of the upper leaves decreased first and increased later with the degree of rocky desertification was growing. MDA content of the upper leaves decreased first, then increased and decreased later with increasing degree of rocky desertification, and MDA content of the lower leaves with increasing degree of rocky desertification increased first and decreased later. Proline content and MDA content of Liquidambar formosana leaf presented a significantly negative correlation, while Proline content and SOD content presented a significantly positive correlation.
