| 摘 要： | 对美国贝类卫生管理体系的有关法规、贝类卫生管理体系的内容和特点进行了分析,解析我国可以借鉴的内容,提出建立符合中国国情的贝类卫生管理体系的框架:建立贝类可追溯体系;建立符合中国国情的HACCP体系;建立贝类出口示范基地,进行贝类区域认证。

| Abstract: | The regulations of U.S.shellfish sanitation management system and its characteristics were analyzed,and its reference to China was provided.The framework to establish the shellfish sanitation management system according to Chinese national condition was presented,which include:to establish the traceability system of shellfish products;establish HACCP system according to Chinese national condition;establish model shellfish export base;carry out the certification of shellfish production. |
