摘    要:仙草为中国传统的药用植物。探讨了以淀粉和仙草叶胶制备可食膜的可行性。未来将进一步探讨脱色仙草叶胶添加树薯淀粉可食膜微结构的变化。

Abstract:Hsian-tsao is a traditional medicinal plant in China. The paper discussed feasibility that Tapioca edible films was prepared by starch and Hsian-tsao leaf gum and further research on microstructural change that decolorized Hsian-tsao leaf gum added to Tapioca edible films.
