摘 要: | 以沙枣花粉为试验材料,利用正交设计法研究不同浓度蔗糖(A)、琼脂(B)、温度(C)和硼酸(D)对沙枣离体条件下花粉发芽率和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:4个因素沙枣花粉萌发率影响的主次关系依次为:A〉D〉B〉C,沙枣离体培养的最佳组合为蔗糖20%、琼脂0.5%、温度25℃、硼酸10%。

Abstract: | Pollens of Elaeagnus spp. were tested to study the effects of Sucrose concentration (A), agar concentration (B), temperature(C) and boric acid concentration (D) on pollen germination by using the orthogonal design. The results showed that the order of affecting pollen germination was A〉D〉B〉C. The optimum condition for pollen ofElaeagnus spp. germination was 20% sucrose, 0.5% agar, 25 ℃, 10% boric acid. |
