| 摘 要： | 阐述了晋中市水资源优化配置的紧迫性,分析总结了近年来全市实施水资源优化配置的先进经验,并结合晋中市水资源的开发利用情况,从水资源优化配置的内涵、指导思想,提出该市实施优化配置的方向和进一步加强水资源优化配置工作的建议。使晋中市水利事业由工程水利向资源水利的纵深发展。
