摘    要:番木瓜(Carica papayaL.)是一种重要的热带亚热带水果。以番木瓜茎尖为试验材料,研究番木瓜茎尖离体培养的影响因素。试验结果表明,茎尖在MS BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L ADS 40 mg/L GA31.0 mg/L的培养基上生长较好,增殖系数每4周可达6.8倍,将该无菌芽继代到MS IBA 1.5 mg/L 活性碳(AC)2.0 g/L的生根培养基上,可正常生根并形成完整植株。

Abstract:Papaya(Carica papaya L.)is one of the most important fruit trees in many tropical and subtropical countries.Shoot-tips micropropagation were studied in this experiment to investigate mayor influencing factors.A practical method was amended and adopted for propagation of high-quality papaya cultivars.The medium for papaya shoot-tips culture was optimized and selected.The cluster buds were removed from the shoots and subcultured on the proliferation medium containing 0.5 mg/L BA,0.1 mg/L NAA,40 mg/L ADS and 1.0 mg/L GA_3,which resulted a 6.8-fold increase in the total number of plantlets during every 4-week period.Additionally,the root-inducing medium containing 1.5 mg/L IBA and 2.0 g/L AC was found to be better than any others used in this experiment.
