摘    要:【研究目的】检测和分析野猪与大白猪杂交后F1代群体内8个与繁殖性状相关基因的群体遗传情况,以期为猪的杂交育种以及标记辅助选择提供一定的理论依据。【方法】采用PCR-RFLP法对248头杂交猪(大白♀×野猪♂)的ESR、FSHβ、GPX5、FUT1、PRLR、NCOA1、OPN和RBP4基因的多态位点进行了检测,并计算了每个位点的基因型频率和基因频率。【结果】大白猪群体内引入野猪血统后,F1代的ESR、FSHβ和PRLR的优势等位基因频率都有不同程度的下降,FUT1和GPX5的优势等位基因频率与现有研究结果基本一致,而NCOA1和OPN的优势基因频率都高于已检测的杂交品种,只有RBP4基因处于哈代-温伯格平衡状态。【结论】野猪与家猪杂交育种工作中,要选择ESR、FSHβ和PRLR的优势等位基因频率较高的母本群体。

Abstract:【OBJECTIVE】to detect and analyze the group heredity of eight reproduction genes in F1 generation of wild boar and Large White pig, hope the result could be useful for crossbreed and marker assisted selection (MAS). 【METHOD】The genotypic frequencies and allele frequencies of eight genes related to reproduction, i.e. ESR, FSHβ, GPX5, FUT1, PRLR, NCOA1, OPN and RBP4 were tested in the 248 F1 generation hybrid pig (Large White ♀×wild boar♂) by PCR-RFLP. 【RESULTS】In F1 crossbred, ESR, FSHβ and PRLR predominance allele frequency had decrease trend, except FUT1 and GPX5, but NCOA1 and OPN’s were all higher than had been detected in crossbreds, only RBP4 was existed in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state. 【CONCLUSION】In breeding work of wild boar and domestic pig, it should select female parent group which contained highly predominance allele frequency of ESR、FSHβ and PRLR genes.
