我国奶业现状及可持续发展的对策

所谓的奶业就是奶制品的产业,其产业链中的各因素必须协调发展。奶业产业链由市场、乳品加工企业和奶源组成。加工企业在市场的支撑下,应合理配置包括奶源、资金流、物流、设备等资源,生产适销对路的产品和创造独具特色的企业文化,力争做大做强,形成优势效应,进一步激励市场的扩容和促进奶源的建设。为此,分析了我国乳业发展现状及问题,提出了相应的对策。
