| 摘 要： | 通过对雨水利用发展形势的分析,提出了水资源循环利用与可持续发展规划的新概念,目的是要建立雨水资源化理念,为实现节能减排,构建"资源节约型,环境友好型"的生态环境打下基础。文章分析了密云蔡家洼实施设施农业雨水利用的条件和必要性,提出了农业设施雨水利用对当前都市型现代农业发展的重要意义。
