模糊聚类在生物研究中应用的探讨

<正> 红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia)是干旱地区很有发展前途的多年生优良牧草,近年来在本地区得到大面积推广。为了选育出适合当地生态条件的优良品种,我们进行了红豆草品种比较试验。由于红豆草名称混乱,品种性能不清,因此,我们试图采用模糊聚类的方法,定量地、科学地探索红豆草品种的分类方法。

On application of fuzzy classified method in biological research

The common sainfoin, a good perennial grass suitable for arid areas, has been planted on vast areas in Suide prefecture,Shaanxi Province.The authors tested 23 varieties of com mon sainfoin on the loess plateau to select the most suitable one for the local ecological conditions . Main parameters which determine common sainfoin are grass yield,grain yield, ratio of fresh hay to dry hay and ratio of leaves to stalks. According to such parameters, 23 varieties are classified with the fuzzy classified method .The result shows that the common sainfoin No.895 and Lushan are most sutable for Suide prefecture.
