不结球白菜胞质雄性不育三交种选育研究及配合力分析

摘    要:为了利用不结球白菜临保不育系来克服微量花粉的问题及构建三交种,进行了不结球白菜不育系育性的鉴定、品比试验及配合力分析.结果表明:临保不育系的不育性更加彻底;在株高、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、叶柄宽和叶数等6个农艺性状中,三交种叶宽与单交种差异达极显著水平,其它性状差异均未达显著水平;在叶片重、叶柄重、短缩茎重和单株重等4个产量性状中,三交种叶柄重与单交种、对照种差异达显著水平,其它性状差异均达极显著水平;临保不育系CMS1103A×1105B的配合力最高,父本自交系以1109的配合力最高.

Abstract:The fertility, the combining ability and its combination of no-heading Chinese cabbage male sterile line were studied to utilize no-heading Chinese cabbage temporary male sterile line with little pollen and obtain triple hybrid. The results showed the sterility of temporary male sterile line was more stable. In the six agronomic traits including plant height, leaf length, leaf width, leaf-stalk height, leaf-stalk width and leaf number per plant, the leaf width of triple hybrid was significantly different, while other traits had no significantly different compared with the single cross hybrid. In the four yield traits including leaf weight per plant, leaf-stalk weight per plant, shortening stem weight per plant and single plant weight, the leaf-stalk weight per plant of triple hybrid was significantly different, while other traits were significantly higher than the single cross hybrid and the control. The combining ability of the male sterile line(CMS1103A×1105B)and the inbred line(1109)were the best. The result sshowed that no-heading Chinese cabbage temporary male sterile line could be utilized in triple hybrid breeding and it afforded reference for triple hybrid breeding of Chinese cabbage and cabbage.
