| 摘 要： | 用竹醋液以及黄连、厚朴、大黄等中草药95%乙醇浸提物分别对大肠杆菌、啤酒酵母、番茄灰霉菌和番茄早疫菌进行抑菌实验.结果表明,竹醋液以及黄连、厚朴、大黄、牡丹皮、高良姜五味中药都对四种菌有较强的抑制作用,而竹醋液不仅本身有很强的抑菌作用,竹醋液分别与黄连、厚朴辅配后能够产生明显的增效作用.

| Abstract: | In this study we mainly discussed the efficiency of using bamboo vinegar and its mixtures which were blend with 95% ethyl alcohol extracts of Magnolia officinalisRehd.et Wils.Coptissp. and Rheumsp. as the crude antimicrobial on Escherichia. coil,Saccharomyces cerevisiaeand Pseudoperonospora cubensis.As a result,not only each of them was effictive but also their mixtures had stronger effects. These results indicated possible use of bamboo vinegar and certain plant extracts in the treatment of fungi in corps. |
