盐酸黄连素对菜青虫和小菜蛾的拒食活性试验

摘    要:采用浸渍叶碟法分别测定了盐酸黄连素对菜青虫和小菜蛾幼虫的选择性和非选择性拒食活性。结果表明,盐酸黄连素对菜青虫和小菜蛾幼虫均具有较好的拒食效果,选择性拒食作用毒力回归方程分别为Y=2.58X-3.73和Y=3.08X-5.64,拒食中浓度AFC50分别为2.41和2.88 mg/mL;非选择性拒食作用毒力回归方程分别为Y=1.95X-1.54和Y=1.93X-1.21,拒食中浓度AFC50分别为2.27和1.64 mg/mL;其中盐酸黄连素对菜青虫幼虫的选择性拒食效果好于对小菜蛾幼虫的效果,而对小菜蛾幼虫的非选择性拒食效果好于对菜青虫幼虫的效果。

Abstract:The present experiment has been conducted to study the choice and non-choice antifeeding effects of berberine chloride against the larva of Pieris rapae L.and Plutella xylostella L.during leaf-dipping test.The results indicated that berberine chloride had good antifeedant effects on Pieris rapae and Plutella xylostella.Toxicity regression equations of selective antifeedant action were Y=2.58X-3.73 and Y=3.08X-5.64,the antifeedant concentrations AFC50 were 2.41 and 2.88 mg/mL,respectively,and the regression equations for unselective antifeedant action were Y=1.95X-1.54 and Y=1.93X-1.21.The antifeedant concentrations AFC50 were 2.27 and 1.64 mg/mL,respectively.The choice antifeeding effect of berberine chloride to Pieris rapae was better than that of Plutella xylostella,while the non-choice antifeeding effect of berberine chloride to Plutella xylostella was better than that to Pieris rapae.
