北方美姿藓(Timmia bavarica)原丝体发育特征研究

在人工培养北方美姿藓(Timmia bavarica)孢子的基础上,对其孢子萌发、原丝体发育及配子体发生的全过程进行了观察和照相.结果表明,该种孢子萌发后直接产生块状原丝体;块状原丝体上产生短圆柱形细胞组成的绿丝体、长细胞组成的绿丝体、轴丝体、次生块状原丝体、棒状的叶状原丝体和假根.同时,还对北方美姿藓原丝体发育的特征进行了分析和讨论,初步确定北方美姿藓孢子萌发类型为黑藓型(Andreaea-type).

Experimental Studies on the Characteritics of Protonema Development in Timmia bavarica

On the basis of the culture of Timmia bavarica.spore,the processes of spore,germination,protonema development and gametophyte were observed.The results showed that spore germination and directly generated massive protonema; massive protonema on a short cylindrical cells of the green wire,axis of wire,green cells composed of long-wire,secondary massive protonema,short cylindrical rod-shaped cells protonema and rhizoids.At the same time,the stream mouth twisted moss protonema of the characteristics of the analysis and discussion.The preliminary determination of the beautiful posture moss spore germination type for Andreaea-type.
