棉花新品种产量品质性状的综合评价及聚类分析

摘    要:研究表明,13个棉花区试品种,在不同生态环境下产量性状以单株成铃的变异系数最大。纤维品质性状以纺纱均匀性指数最大。通径分析结果显示,直接通径系数大小排序,产量因素性状依次为单株成铃〉单铃子棉重〉子指〉衣分;纤维品质性状依次为纺纱均匀性指数〉麦克隆值〉整齐度〉伸长率〉比强度〉2.5%跨长。主成份分析表明前4个主成份的方差累积贡献率达89.53%,已反映了所列性状的绝大部分变异信息,通过各品种的主成份得分对参试品种进行了综合评价排名,并把参试的13个品种聚为5大类。

Abstract:The study showed that the variance coefficient of boll numbers per plant is the largest in cotton yield characters and spinning consistence index is the largest in cotton fiber characters in different ecological environments of the tested 13 varieties.The path analysis indicated that the direct path coefficient in yield characters is in reduced reorder,that is,the numbers of boll per plant >seed cotton weight per boll>seed index>lint percentage while in fiber quality characters the order is spinning consistence index>micronare value>uniformity of cotton fiber>elongation>fiber strength>2.5% span length.Principal components analysis showed that the first four principal components variance accumulation contribution rate amounts to 89.53%,which reflected most of the variance information as listed characters above.A comprehensive list of the tested varieties was made according to their principal components sorts of each variety and the tested 13 varieties were divided into 5 types.
