| 摘 要： | 目前，夷陵区东部、南部、三峡河谷及西部部分地区已形成柑桔、茶经济带，“柑都茶乡”初具雏形，该区域的农民有了稳定的收入来源和经济基础。而中西部石灰岩地区农村经济比较落后，产业结构调整步伐缓慢，主导产业不明显，经济效益不高。如何加快夷陵区中西部石灰岩地区林业产业化发展步伐，促进区域经济发展，实现产业提速、农民增收、农业增效，是我们必须研究的课题；
