| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出，对于推进我国高校学生管理工作具有重要的意义。高校学生管理应该坚持以人为本，实现管理理念创新；坚持全面、协调发展，实现管理模式创新；坚持可持续发展，实现管理效果创新；应该以科学发展观为指导，把握规律，与时俱进，全面开创高校学生管理工作的新局面。

We should insist on human-oriented to realize management concept innovation; insist overall and coordinative development to realize management pattern innovation; insist on sustainable development to realize management effect innovation; We should be instructed by the scientific development view, hold the regulation, keep pace with the times so as to start the new situation of college students management. |
