| 摘 要： | 采用离体的橄榄成熟胚在无菌条件下培养成橄榄胚苗,分别以上、下胚轴及胚根为材料,探讨橄榄愈伤组织的诱导方法.结果表明,筛选出的MS+KT 0.5 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+2,4-D 0.5 mg·L-1培养基组合为诱导愈伤组织的有效培养基.这为橄榄的细胞培养及胚状体诱导奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | Using the exsomatize Canarium album mature embryo to raise the asepsis olive embryo seedling under the aseptic condition,takes the mature embryo and injury organization with radicle as materials,induces the Canarium album callus,and screens MS with KT 0.5 mg.L-1 and 6-BA 0.5 mg.L-1 and 2,4-D 0.5 mg.L-1 as the effective culture medium to induce the callus.Which lays the foundation for the cell raise and the asexual embryo induction. |
