| 摘 要： | 当代大学生犯罪率不断上升的基本原因在于市场经济带来的急剧变迁和社会机制以及个人机制的弱化、学校弊端的影响、多元文化、不良媒体文化的影响以及人文主义的缺失。防范和减少大学生犯罪的基本对策有:必须形成良好的道德素质、培养健康的心理素质,健全体制,改进作风,加强校园文化建设,建设法制以及营造良好的家庭氛围等。

| Abstract: | Crime rate of undergraduates continuously increase basically because of rapid vicissitudes from market economy, weekness of social mechanism and individual mechanism, influence of school malpractice polyculture and harmful media culture, and vanishiment of humanism. The main counter-measures of preventing and reducing crime of undergraduates must be comprehensively starting from forming good moral quality, culturing healthy mental quality, perfecting system, improving style of work, strengthening the constitution of campus culture and legal and fabricating good family atmosphere. |
