摘    要:研究了不同配比有机营养基质对几种蔬菜作物种子发芽和生理活性的影响。结果表明,当有机营养基质EC低于1.2 ms/cm时,黄瓜、大白菜和番茄的种子均有较高的发芽率和生理活性。不同蔬菜作物对营养基质的EC敏感程度不同,番茄最为敏感,大白菜次之,黄瓜最不敏感,当有机营养基质的EC达到1.8 ms/cm时,黄瓜种子仍有一定的发芽率,EC为1.5 ms/cm时,其发芽和生理活性不受影响。

Abstract:This research is to determine the effects of different proportion of organic growing media on the seed germination and physiological activities in several vegetables.The results indicated that the seeds of cucumber,Chinese cabbage and tomato had higher germination rates and greater physiological activities when the electric conductivity(EC) of the organic growing media is below 1.2 ms/cm.However,different vegetable seeds had different sensitivity to EC,when the EC achieved 1.5 ms/cm,tomato seeds could not germinate,seeds of Chinese cabbage could germinate,but their physiological activities were lower,cucumber seeds germinated better and had greater physiological activities.
