作业适时性损失的分析与计算及作业的适时性优化(一)

本文认为,作业的适时性损失由农艺、自然和作业过程等三部分适时性损失构成;可以适时性函数表征作业的适时性损失随作业的违期日数而变化的关系;非线性适时性函数可以分段线性化。本文还认为,作业的适时性函数可以作为计算作业的适时性损失及成本的依据。

ANALYSIS, CALCULATION AND OPITMIZATION OF FIELD OPERATION'S TIMELINESS LOSS (1)

In this paper was analyzed the field operation's timeliness loss consisting of the agronomic, natural and operational ones. The function of timeliness advanced by author characterized the dependence of timeliness loss on the number of days off the timeliness for operation. The non-linear timeliness function was linearized in parts in this paper. The timeliness function may be considered as a fundamental operation in the calculation of timeliness losses and timeliness costs.
