微波干燥龙眼的特性及工艺研究

摘    要:为将微波干燥技术应用于龙眼干制生产,利用自制的微波干燥试验测试系统进行了龙眼微波干燥试验。测试分析了龙眼微波干燥特性以及工艺条件对干燥过程、干燥质量的影响,确定了干燥工艺。

Abstract:In order to apply drying technique of microwave to the production of longan, the experiment of microwave drying longan was arranged in a microwave drying and testing device developed by ourselves. characteristic of longan by microwave drying was determined and analyzed, the effect of technology conditions on drying processing and quantity was analyzed, the drying technology was given in this paper.
