| Abstract: | We must begin from countryside while running the country according to law, and settle the problem of managing the village in accordance with the law well conscientiously. This is an important action of building new countryside. This paper tries advancing and managing the village and discussing some views in accordance with the law from strengthening the leader group construction at village level. |
