| 摘 要： | 采用以立地质量1集材距离和运材距离为变量的林地计价模型，选择江西省遂咱县和为试验点。编制了杉木林地使用权基准价格表和所有权基准价格表，并确定了林地纯收益分成比例。

| Abstract: | Selecting Suichuan County, Jiangxi Province as an experiment spot, this paper has compiled the tables of forest land use right and ownership standard price and worked out the proportion of forest land use right price to net income of foresters, based on the mathematical model for evaluating forest land, which takes site quality, yarding distance and logging distance as variables. |
