浅议高校科研档案管理的问题及对策

随着高校科学研究事业的不断深入和发展,科研工作对科研档案的建立健全以及管理提出了更高的要求。文章分析了高校科研档案利用率低、缺乏行之有效的科研档案管理制度和制约手段、科研档案管理人员配备不足、工作任务重等问题,提出了相应的解决对策,如利用现代技术规范科研档案管理、制定并完善科研档案的管理制度和办法、处理好"存"与"用"的关系等,以更好地指导科研管理工作。

Discussions on Questions and Countermeasures of Science and Technology File Management in Universities

With the deepening and development of scientific researches in universities, the scientific research files management should be established and improved to meet a higher request. Problems in this area were analyzed in the paper, such as low effecfives of documentary utilization, ineffective of archives management system and lack of restricted means, insufficient personnel, heavy tasks, etc. Countermeasures were put forward, such as regulating the management of scientific research files by using of modern technology, setting up and perfecting technology archives management system and measures, coping with the relation between keeping and utilization properly, so as to better guide scientific management.
