大型速冻设备蒸发器的传热试验

摘    要:通过对大型速冻设备不同结构型式蒸发器的理论分析,分别对不同翅片形状、管径大小以及管子排列方式对蒸发器传热系数的影响进行了分析比较,得出在不结霜工况下,传热系数最高的蒸发器结构是连续整体带波纹翅片叉排变节距结构的结论。并对这种结构的蒸发器进行试验测试,得到与理论计算相符的传热系数值。

Abstract:Evaporators with different structural types have different heat transfer coefficients. Seven evaporator models with different structures were chosen and analyzed, the influences of fin shape, tube diameter and tube arrangement on heat transfer coefficient of an evaporator were compared. The conclusion was that, under freezing circumstances, the structure with the highest heat transfer coefficient was the one with continuous unitary plate fins with wave, cross pipe arrangement and varying fin spacing. Then we made an experimental investigation on this type of evaporator, and obtained a heat transfer coefficient in line with theoretical calculation.
