| 摘 要： | 以苜蓿盲蝽属昆虫为材料,利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板型电泳技术对苜蓿盲蝽属的7种昆虫进行了同种内不同性别和不同个体间的遗传多样性比较.结果表明:同一种群内不同的个体间具有非常明显的共性,通常具有1～2条共有酶带;同一种群内由于个体、性别的不同,酶带的数目、颜色、宽窄稍有差异,但差异的程度远小于不同种类之间的差异.

| Abstract: | Adelphocoris Reuter was used as test material to make comparison of different sexes and individuals in the same species by using the vertical slab PAGE.The results showed that different individuals in the same population had very apparent similarities,there were 1 to 2 bands of common zymograms in general;the difference of individual and sex,the number of zymogram,the color and width were slightly different due to the difference of individual and sex in the same population,but the degree of difference was f... |
