| 摘 要： | 在高校特色化发展进程中,图书馆如何抓住机遇,利用优势资源走特色发展道路,更好地发挥图书馆功能。笔者认为应从以下方面入手：加强特色文献的收集,形成以专业性和特色性为目标的文献特色馆藏;培养馆员民族文化素养,建立一支素质过硬,结构合理的学科馆员队伍;整合开发特色文献资源,建立虚拟特色馆藏和特色专题数据库;加强馆际间的合作与交流,以实现资源共享。

| Abstract: | In characteristic development process,University Library should think how to seize the opportunities that take advantage of superior resources go characteristic development road and display library function.The author believes that strengthening the special literature collection;formation a professional and unique collection of literature;culture national cultural literacy,librarians establish a quality and reasonable structure of subject librarian ranks.Finally,it should integrate development special literature resources and features special database.And then it strengthens the inter-library cooperation and exchanges in order to achieve resource sharing. |
