归一化法在农学类科技期刊影响力评价中的应用

摘    要:以2009年版《中国科技期刊引证报告》核心版(CJCR)农学类,农艺学、园艺学类科技期刊为对象,收集其2004年-2008年引证指标数据——总被引频次、影响因子、他引率、基金论文比、即年指标、平均引文数、地区数、机构数,采用"科技期刊影响力归一化法评判定量模型"分析了其影响力情况,结合影响因子排序进行了对比。进一步对选定期刊2004年-2008年的综合评价总分动态进行了分析和归类,结合其它期刊指标如来源文献量分析期刊的发展策略,为期刊发展方向的确定提供参考。并简要概括了归一化法相比影响因子的优势。

Abstract:Focused on the agronomic sci tech periodicals in CJCR-2009,the data: total citation frequency,impact factor,rate of foundation-supported papers,immediacy index,rate of citations by other journals,average number of references,number of regions of the authors and number of institutions of t he authors,in 2004-2008,were collected.Then the impact powers of these journals were quantitatively evaluated by the normalization model,and the difference of journal sequence between this method and IF was analyzed.Furthermore,the impact power dynamics of these journals were summarized and classified;the journal development tactics and advantages of the normalization model were demonstrated.
