| 摘 要： | 对2006～2009年青岛农业大学图书馆读者借阅流量进行了统计,分别建立了基于年、月、周、时段等时间序列的借阅量分布图,分析了以上时间序列借阅流量的分布规律。对高校图书馆馆藏资源类型合理搭配、提高纸质文献利用率和实现图书馆人力资源动态管理提出了建议,为提高图书馆管理与决策水平、提高工作效率与质量提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Taking Qingdao agricultural university library as a case,documents loan was counted from 2006 to 2009,and the loan distribution figures were established based on time series include years,months within a year,days of within a week,hours within a day.The distribution laws of loan with time series were analyzed,and some suggestions for rational configuration of collection,raising utilization rate of paper books and realizing dynamic management of staff of library were offered,which provide basis to help managers to make a scientific decisions,to raise working efficiency and improve working quality. |
