滨州医学院图书馆读者调查报告

摘    要:为了解读者需求,提高服务水平,滨州医学院图书馆对本校师生进行了问卷调查。调查内容包括馆藏资源利用、服务满意程度、读者需求等,得出如下结论:加强文献信息资源建设,提高资源利用率是图书馆工作的首要任务;提升馆员素质是提高图书馆服务水平的关键;立足学科服务是图书馆充分发挥教辅机构作用的根本;应建立"以读者为中心"的流程管理和考核体制。

Abstract:In order to understand the reader demand,improve service levels,the library carried on the questionnaire survey to the teachers and students.The survey includes collection of resource utilization,service satisfaction,reader demand,and reached the following conclusions: Strengthening the construction of information resources and improve resource utilization is the primary task of library work.To enhance the quality of librarians is the key to improving library services,Service for all subjects is the fundamental role of the supplementary educational institutions.The "reader-centered" process management and assessment system should be established.
