根结线虫对日光温室黄瓜生长和品质的影响

摘    要:对感染南方根结线虫的黄瓜植株的生长和主要品质指标进行了测定.结果表明:根结线虫侵染后,黄瓜的株高、叶干重、茎干重都明显降低,茎粗变化没有明显的规律;黄瓜的根系活力,光合强度及产量也明显下降,黄瓜果实中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、可滴定酸含量上升,Vc、游离氨基酸含量则明显下降.

Abstract:Growth and the main quality index of cucumber were tested after cucumber was infected by Meloidogyne incognita. Results indicated that the plant height, dry weight of leaves and stem decreased severely, stem diameter had no obvious change. The root activity, photosynthetic rate and the yield also decreased. The content of soluble protein, sugar and titratable acid in cucumber fruit increased after infection, the content of Vc and free amino acid decreased.
