田基黄中微量元素含量研究

目的]分析田基黄中微量元素的含量,为中草药的药理研究提供一定的数据支持。方法]将田基黄用去离子水冲洗干净,在80℃下恒温烘干后粉碎。利用PQ Excel电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(TJA Solutions,USA)测定田基黄中微量元素的含量。结果]田基黄中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn和Ca的含量分别是321.73、974.24、12.759、1.76和1 180.78 mg/g DW,Se和Mo的含量分别是390.74和125.97 ng/g DW。田基黄中微量元素Mn、Fe、Zn的含量比玉米高出许多。结论]田基黄中的微量元素可能与其肝病治疗效果密切相关。

Study on the Contents of Microelements in Hypericum Japonicum Thunb

Objective] The aim of the study was to analyze the contents of microelements in Hypericum japonicum Thunb,so as to provide some data support for pharmacological study on Chinese herbal medicine.Method] H.japonicum was washed cleanlily with deionized water and crushed after it was dried at constant temperature of 80 ℃.The contents of microelements in H.japonicum were determined by PQ Excel inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(TJA Solutions,USA).Result] The contents of Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn and Ca in H.japonicum were 321.73,974.24,12.75,91.76 and 1 180.78 mg/g DW resp.and that of Se and Mo were 390.74 and 125.97 ng/g DW resp.The contents of microelements(Mn,Fe and Zn) in H.japonicum were much higher than that in corn.Conclusion] The microelements in H.japonicum might closely relate to its therapeutic efficacy on liver disease.
