| 摘 要： | 利用1949--2006年河北省粮食产量的统计数据，采用3种方法分别测度了河北省粮食产量波动规律，系统分析了河北省粮食生产的波动周期，并在此基础上考察了河北省粮食生产波动的主要特征，分析其波动的主要原因，最后提出稳定粮食生产，保障河北省粮食安全的政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the statistics of food production in Hebei Province from 1949 to 2006, we used three methods to measure the volatility of food production in Hebei Province. We analysed the cyclical fluctuations of major food crops and investigated the main features of food fluctua- tion. Finally,we put forward corresponding policy recommendations, including stabilize food production, reduce volatility and protect the province food security. |
