| Abstract: | Helping the poor is a systematic work, which takes long time and is a tough job. Through the practice of helping the poor in Qiongzhong county by the group of Hanan provincial helping the poor programs, it has been confirmed that growing economic crops under the forest is a practical and feasible new way of helping the poor. |
