| 摘 要： | 近代淮河流域的牛、猪、羊以及禽蛋的生产、加工和贸易,皆形成了一定的规模,淡水养殖和捕捞业以及近海渔业的生产和贸易也在稳步地发展.这既是近代淮域农村商品经济发展的一个重要内容.也是淮域畜牧业和水产业逐步转向了商品化生产的重要表现.

| Abstract: | The production,processing and trade of cattle,pigs,sheep and eggs have formed a certain scale in Huaihe River Basin in modern times.The production and trade of fresh water aquaculture,fishing industry and offshore fisheries have been steadily developed.This is not only an important part of the development of commodity economy in rural areas of Huaihe River Basin in modern times but also the important performance of the transition of animal husbandry and aquaculture to the commercial production. |
