皱叶留兰香对镉胁迫的生理响应

摘    要:目的]研究镉胁迫对皱叶留兰香生理特性的影响。方法]以皱叶留兰香为试材,镉胁迫设7种浓度(0、5、10、20、30、50和100mg/L),通过水培试验研究不同浓度的Cd^2+对野生蔬菜皱叶留兰香生理生化特性的影响。结果]当Cd^2+浓度为5 mg/L时能促进皱叶留兰香植株鲜重和主要食用部位的生长,当Cd^2+浓度大于10 mg/L时则明显抑制其生长。当Cd^2+浓度〉5 mg/L时,随着Cd^2+浓度的升高,皱叶留兰香叶绿素总量及叶绿素a/b比值降低;根系活力呈先升后降的趋势;植株体内细胞膜透性和MDA含量逐渐增高;SOD活性呈先升后降的趋势,在10 mg/L达到峰值;POD活性增加;CAT活性呈先升后降的趋势,表明SOD、POD和CAT对镉引起的氧化胁迫具有相应的适应和抵抗能力。结论]该研究为皱叶留兰香生产中金属镉的污染预报及消除其毒害提供理论依据。
